â€Å"Some co-workers are really good and you can count on them at all times. Some are bad, which means they just don’t know what they are doing and they make mistakes. Others are ugly, meaning they are out to get you.† So, should Mark be fearful of Nicole, and her possible attempts to sabotage him at work? There are mixed opinions amongst business experts, and mixed opinions from myself. Mark has had success in the past, but can he continue it in this new job role, with new co-workers, and a new system?
